Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile the Photoviewer app. using the build script that ships with the SDK. It compiles.
2. Compile the Photoviewer app. using the build script that ships with the Japanese language pack.

Actual Results:
The one that ships with the Japanese language pack does not work. It is still trying to compile as if it is a 2.0.1 app.

Expected Results:
There should be one Photoviewer app. in Perforce. If we need it to be in multiple packages, then we should make the copy at build time. If we try to keep two copies of the same app. in Perforce, then one of them will probably be out of date most of the time.
