Description

Current, Distill supports elasticsearch 2.4, current elasticsearch is 5.4.0 (based off of senssoft docker images). First, need to delete elasticsearch/logstash/kibana docker image from distill since its apart of senssoft-docker. Next, update all dependencies and perform regression testing to make sure nothing breaks.
