Description

While browsing https://docs.gradle.org/6.2.2/release-notes.html as part of FINERACT-945, I've stumbled upon https://github.com/marketplace/actions/gradle-wrapper-validation .. this seems useful, and worthwhile to adopt for a project such as Apache Fineract.
