    Description

      https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/757, based on https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/638/, has something about setting serverTimezone=UTC - via JDBC URL?

      Further details of what this does and why it's required where, and then a Pull Request focused and dedicated to this, and no others changes, would be very welcome.
