Major Description
1. Create a group with at least two clients with meeting start date 01 January 2016 and meeting frequency as 'Monthly on day 1'.
2. Create a loan product which has monthly repayment.
3. On Group page, Click on Bulk JLG loan application and select the above said loan product.
4. Provide Submitted date as future date and select all the clients and click on Submit button.
> Clicking on 'Submit' button leading to nowhere.
>Expected : Validation error should be thrown: "Submitted date can not be future date".
