[FINERACT-447] There should be option(check box) in order to select all clients on Bulk JLG loan application page

Description

On bulk JLG loan page, we have to select each client by clicking on check box against their name. If group has lot of members (say 20) it is time consuming to select all the clients by individually checking.

There should be one more checkbox which selects or deselects all the clients.
