Major Description
1. Create a group with at least two clients with meeting start date 01 January 2016 and meeting frequency as 'Monthly on day 1'.
2. On Group page, Click on Bulk JLG loan application and enter the necessary inputs and don't select any client and 'Submit' the application.
>The application is getting submitted.
>Expected: The application should not get submitted and should throw validation error: "Select at least one client before submitting."
