Blocker Description
1. Create and activate a center on 01 January 2016. Attach a meeting with meeting start date 01 January 2016 and frequency every month on day one.
2. Create and activate group under this center with activation date 01 January 2016.
3. Create a client and activate him with activation date 01 January 2016.
4. For this client, submit any JLG loan with monthly repayment. Both submit and expected disbursement date should be 01 January 2016 and sync both disbursement date and repayment date with meeting.
5. Submit the loan.
>It is throwing the error: "The disbursement date must be a valid meeting date when it is synced with meeting"
But the disbursement date is synced with meeting date. as meeting 'monthly on day one' and loan product is also monthly repayment.

Select the loan products as 'lpaap' and give submit and disbursement date as 01 January 2016
