Description

Steps to reproduce:
For a given client,
Create a share account
Approve the account
Activate the account
Using a REST client, reject the account

Now we have an account for which activated_userid and rejected_userid are both set. Now try the API
/clients/:clientId/accounts

This yields multiple records for the share account we created. This is an issue with the SQL query for fetching the share account list for a client.
