    Description

      Background and details:

      Currently there is a validation in Fineract which restricts the transaction amount to the principal outstanding amount. However, there are use cases where a user should be able to make full refund to the loan account and not only the total outstanding amount

      Acceptance criteria

      1. User should be able to do full refund/goodwill credit to the customer
      2. no conditions/validations to be applied of repayment to these new transactions
