    Description

      Repro steps:

      1. Create & disburse a Loan
      2. Do a merchant issued refund for $50
      3. Do a Repayment for $200 on the same day as the merchant issued refund

      Actual behavior:
      The Get Loan API shows the lastPaymentAmount is $50

      Expected behavior:
      The Get Loan API shows the lastPaymentAmount is $200
