[FINERACT-1883] LastPaymentAmount and LastPaymentDate fields returns wrong data in Retrieve Loan with Collection Query Param

Description

The data returned in LastPaymentAmount and LastPaymentDate fields includes all type of monetary transactions(refunds, payment, goodwill credit etc) to derive this value in Fineract. Last repayment date and last repayment amount should be there.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Loan, Approve, Disburse
2. Create Repayment, then Create Refund
Expected Response (returns the repayment amount and date, but it returns refund amount date)
