[FINERACT-1845] Getting 500 error when we create a charge on an overpaid account as maturity date is null

Description

When admin tries to create charge on an overpaid loan, we will get an 500 Error

Steps to reproduce:

• create a Loan
• overpay it
• try to create charge

Actual result:

• 500 Internal Error

• 

Expected result:

• http 403 Forbidden
• No charge to be added on overpaid loan
