Description

Every time inlineCOB job runs a LoanApplyOverdueChargeBusinessEvent created even before instalment due date

Steps to reproduce:

• create loan
• set business date to anywhere
• run inline COB
• get ActiveMQ messages in Postman

Actual result:

• with every run og inline COB there is a LoanApplyOverdueChargeBusinessEvent created

Expected result:

• LoanApplyOverdueChargeBusinessEvent created only when overdue charge got applied
