    Description

      Test steps:

      1. Create a new loan
      2. Approve / Disburse
      3. Create a repayment
      4. Create a Chargeback

      Actual result:
      After the Chargeback transaction the Disburse and Repayment journal entries are re-created

      Expected result:
      Disburse and Repayment journal entries should not re-created
