Description

Currently In Fineract 'credit balance refund' transaction is posting wrong GL entries.

It is currently posting

Type	loan product Account parameter	GL
Debit	Loan Portfolio	Loans Receivable
Credit	Overpayment Liability	UNC Receivable

Expected Accounting entries

Type	loan product Account parameter	GL
Debit	Overpayment Liability	UNC Receivable
Credit	Fund Source	Suspense/Clearing account
