Description

As a user
I want the system to have a “fraud“ status field at the loan account level
in order to tag the loan account as fraud or not and build the business logics/functionality around it

Background and details:

There should be a classification to set the loan account as fraud or not, based on which business logic can be built.

Acceptance criteria

1. Need to have a new boolean field at loan account level in order to classify the loan account as fraud or non fraud

1. By default the flag should be set to 'non fraud'

1. API should be available to set the flag as true/false
