Description

Notifications have an end point that enable a given user to update all notifications received to "read" status and that prevents those notifications from being fetched again. All the notifications are update in a single query. It is possible that a user may want to mark all notifications as read or mark one at a time. Currently it is not possible to mark a SINGLE  notification as read. The user only has the option of marking ALL or none. It is desirable that the user gets the option to mark the notifications they have reviewed and leave other for possibly later action.
