Cannot Manage groups in a Center

    Description

      as a user i should be able to use the mange groups api to add groups that are already existent into a existing center

      the error associated when i click the manage group button
       

      the API url = *https://ServerName:port/fineract-provider/api/v1/groups?officeId=1&orderBy=name&orphansOnly=true&sortOrder=ASC*
