[FINERACT-1637] On a reversal action in savings, system is stamping incorrect create date

Description

if the original transaction was posted on the 07/06/22 and the reversal was posted on the 08/06/22, the transaction date for both transactions (original and reversal) would be 07/06/22 but the created date for original would be 07/06/22 and the reversal would be 08/06/22.
