GET https://domainname/api/v1/self/surveys/scorecards/clients/\{clientId}

Example:

https://webapp.ps.mifos.io/fineract-provider/api/v1/surveys/scorecards/clients/2

The above get API is failing with the 500 Internal Server Error.
