Eclipse build / debug no longer works

    Description

      As highlighted by jedlp75@gmail.com on the dev list, the Eclipse build / debug no longer works after the project was restructured and the Gradle Eclipse plugin was no longer used. 

      To fix, I'll submit a PR that reverts the Gradle Eclipse configuration back to what it was before the project restructure.
