https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1495 proposes to log only WARN & ERR but not INFO anymore.

Let's use this issue either to have a Release Note about that change if we do agree to merge it, or to capture the conclusion of a discussion leading to a decision for it not to be merged.

I'll post a thread to the dev mailing list about it.
