[FINERACT-1176] Failing reports generation has no HTTP response

Description

While I was working on FINERACT-1127, I've noticed that when e.g. Pentaho (or any other future alternative reporting plugin) fails with an internal error (e.g. org.pentaho.reporting.engine.classic.core.ReportDataFactoryException: Failed at query:) then the API just returns an empty HTTP 200 response, instead of a 500 with at least some hint of what happened on the server (e.g. exception.getMessage()).

francisguchie is this perhaps something that you would like to raise a PR for?
