[FELIX-873] Server Stop should be Framework stop and does not work correctly

Description

The "System Information" page of the web console allows to stop the framework (called the server currently). This is labeled as "System: Stop". It would probably be better to label this as "Framework: Stop."

Furhter the confirmation message talks about system instead of framework, which may also be confusing.

In addition, a button to cause the framework to be restarted by calling the update method on the system bundle would be a practical addition.
