Description

Commit the initial source code for the Managed OSGi JMX subproject. The code should be placed into an appropriate package (e.g., org.apache.felix.mosgi) and the standard Apache header attached to each source file. Also remove any existing author tags and replace with a generic author tag of the "Apache Felix Team" with a contact email address of the Felix mailing list. As part of committing the subproject, create a POM file for it and add the subproject to the overall build process.
