[FELIX-6573] Remove JakartaServlet contract for javax packages

Description

Currently the javax packages are associated with both contracts the JavaServlet contract and the JakartaServlet contract; this is wrong as it makes tooling trip over this. A package should only be associated with one contract.
(The OSGi contract documentation is currently documenting this wrongly as well)
