Description

Many file entries in the felix-main-7.0.1.jar file have the date 17-Nov-2070.

This causes the maven-dependency-plugin to fail when the unpack-dependencies goal is used to unpack a jar file containing the felix-main jar. The plugin fails with the message "Negative time". The full exepction is attached.
