add support for servlet 5.0 (tomcat 10)

    Description

      because tomcat 10 had to switch the packages from javax.* to jakarta.*, imo webconsole cannot be used on tomcat 10. it uses org.osgi.service.http.HttpService from osgi.cmpn 6.0.0 which does not support jakarta.* servlet classes. i was not even able to find osgi.cmpn that would have org.osgi.service.http.HttpService with support for jakarta.* servlet classes.
