Description

The latest version of Felix Framework doesn't provide the osgi.service capability for the following services.

1. org.osgi.service.packageadmin.PackageAdmin

2. org.osgi.service.startlevel.StartLevel

Since these services are deprecated, no one probably has noticed it but some old implementations still use them.
