Clean-up bundlecache manifest parsing and entry reading

    Description

      The multi-release jar support makes it necessary to have a unified way to parse manifests. We should refactor the bundle cache to have all content types use the manifest parsing of the jarcontent. Furthermore, that parsing should allow manifests that don't have new lines at the end (not standard but it should be easy to do).

      Finally, we can move some other handling of reading and writing files up and remove some code duplication.
