Felix Web Console ConfigMgr doesn't treat OSGi properties with empty array values correctly

    Description

      When creating a configuration for an OSGi component that has a property with an empty array as default value, the console will render a form that already contains an empty input field for this property. If the configuration is saved that way without any changes, the value of the property will be an array containing one empty string.
