[FELIX-514] Update compendium bundle to include osgi r4.1 interfaces

Description

Currently the compendium bundle contains the osgi R4 interfaces, with osgi R4.1 a few were added (deploymentadmin, applicationadmin, monitoradmin). We should update to include these interfaces too, once this is in place subprojects that use these interfaces can be updated too (deploymentadmin, ...).
