but the page now is at https://felix.apache.org/documentation/subprojects/apache-felix-maven-bundle-plugin-bnd.html

As the old URL is linked to from all over the place (and is hit #1 if you google "maven-bundle-plugin") there should be a HTTP 301 redirect in one of the directions.
