Description

As discussed on the dev list [1] : The ConfigurationPrinter.PROPERTY_MODES should be deprecated (replaced by the WebConsoleConstants.CONFIG_PRINTER_MODES constant.

Still the deprecated constant should be supported as a fallback in case the new constant is not used in the ConfigurationPrinter service registration.
