Description

Implementing FELIX-2158 opens room for providing localization for the current plugins.

English and Bulgarian resources will be provided.

I'll commit them directly into the SVN.

However, it will be good if some other languages are provided too. At least German, French an Spanish - since these languages together with English will be enough to make a lot of people happy
