[FELIX-1843] Karaf shell doens't work properly under windows

Description

When ever you try to complete a command the completion doesn't replace the prevoiusly typed characters but will be appended to them. Also backspace isn't working.
Same behaviour if you use the "up"-key to get the last used command.
