As described in these postings the example 'simpleWebapp' needs a change in the configuration of the Realm-B FederationEntryPoint http://cxf.547215.n5.nabble.com/cxf-fediz-internal-server-realm-b-error-500-in-running-simpleWebapp-example-td5763690.html#a5764478

A fix is suggested that applies the use of existing maven Profiles (realm-a, realm-b) to ensure the correct realm-uri is used in the setting of the FederationEntryPoint.
