Description

Being able to re-run an instance of the process from the Web UI could be very useful (especially when you add a new workflow to Falcon and find a bug in its code and have to re-run).

The CLI for that is not that friendly, because you must deal with timestamp and so...

$FALCON_HOME/bin/falcon instance -type process -name $name -re-run -start "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm'Z'" -end "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm'Z'" [-file $properties file]
