[FALCON-362] package.sh should provide a complete and ready to use oozie distribution

Description

The src/bin/package.sh script creates an incomplete oozie distribution.

It would be great to provide a ready to use hadooplibs including hcatalog and hive (required to start oozie), or at least document how to populate it (extending the oozie installation instructions).
