Capturing Oozie logs post workflow completion needs to move into Falcon daemon

    Description

      Logs are captured today post workflow completions as part of the workflow. This is not possible to do in a secure environment since the workflow does not have kerberos credentials to pass to oozie.

      This needs to be moved into falcon listening to MQ messages and should copy the logs post job completion notification.
