Description

As seen in our jsf20 playground sample examples/jsf-playground/hello_myfaces-codi_jsf20

I have the following page open in my browser:
http://localhost:8080/playground-jsf20/viewAccessBeanPage.xhtml?windowId=f54

If I restart the server and hit enter in my browser, I end up having the windowId parameter encoded twice in the URL:
http://localhost:8080/playground-jsf20/viewAccessBeanPage.xhtml?windowId=f54&windowId=ed9
