Layout of message input interface - improvement suggestion

    Description

      The current message interface doesn't have very good "flow" or use of space. For example, the decision of what pool to share a message with is usually made after writing the message. Also, there is a lot of empty space in the upper-right of the input area that could be used, possibly free-ing up some vertical space.
