Description

I've gone through the existing test cases, and re worked them, most the tests are the same but I
hopfully cleaned up the great work corey did. There could be a few methods that need putting in, but it
should be easier to manage.

In addition the EmailExceptionTest should provide a clear demarcation between standard tests and
exception tests.
