Description

Today in one site, one app type can be run only as one instance. In some scenarios, one application code can be run with multiple instances, for example to deal with different topics.

One typical example is JMX metric application can be for namenode, datanode , resource manager etc. They are all the same type of applications, i.e. code logic with different configurations for example topic for data sources
