We doc creds info for 15 drivers here: http://deltacloud.apache.org/drivers.html#drivers
....

But we only list creds info for 12 supported providers here: http://deltacloud.apache.org/supported-providers.html

Looks like we're missing some info on supported-providers page .. or we should single source this doc
