Description
Attaching an instance to storage volume in EC2 throws 404 exception
Reproduction steps
==============
1. Create an instance in EC2
2. Create a Storage volume
3. Attach the created instance to the created storage volume
Expected Result:

Should be able to attach it successfully
Actual Result:

Throws 404 exception
