Description

Closed out the DTACLOUD-93 related to multiple releases in http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/deltacloud. There is only one release listed there.
There are two releases listed in http://www.apache.org/dist/deltacloud/. Should http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/deltacloud still be available?

The distribution directory should only contain copies of the current release.
(If there are multiple parallel releases, e.g. serving different environments, then keep the latest of each)

Older releases are always available from the ASF archives.

Releases prior to 0.4.1 should be deleted please.

Note: when a new release is uploaded, wait a few days before deleting the previous release.
