[DTACLOUD-113] "Instance state transition" image needs horizontal scroll bar

Description

The "instance state transition" image is fairly wide for the average laptop screen. Likely, at least part of the image may not be visible at a common working resolutions. Usually, when the image/text is too large for a regular screen size, the appearance of a scroll bar (in this case horizontal) clues the user in that there is more to see.
If this case, I just have to expand my window as far as I can to see the full flow described.
