Description

Steps:

1. Open a log file from the Web UI:

   /log/sqlline.log/content
   

Expected result:
There should be no errors.

Actual result:

GET http://localhost:8047/log/static/js/jquery-3.2.1.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED 500 (Internal Server Error)
bootstrap.min.js:6 Uncaught Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery
    at bootstrap.min.js:6
